I feel like I have lived several lives in this life; a lot of different chapters with great adventures, big disappointments, changing ambitions, and a lot of travels along the way.

I would say that the only constant in my life is the recurrent change of scenery.

MY CHILDHOOD

I grew up in France, from a Portuguese family, with that important mission in life to make my family proud and to be someone "successful".  Yes, I had already started to accumulate a lot of limiting beliefs! ​

THE BUSINESS WOMAN

I reached that success in my 20s, and early 30s, working for the financial industry & the Sports Industry in the Marketing & Events fields, earning a very good living. 

In total, I will have dedicated more than a decade of my life to developing my expertise in marketing and project management. But in 2018, I realized that my definition of success had evolved, and that from now on, being a "Corporate Business Woman" with lots of responsibilities was no longer what I wanted.

I had everything to be "happy" but I felt empty; it was not enough for me.

THE TRIGGER

In my early 30s (a lot of my friend call it a "midlife crisis"... whatever label we want to put on it), after 10 months of coaching, I decided to start fresh and live life by my own rules, with a strong will to launch my own business soon.

THE TRANSFORMATION

I travelled for 14 months alone with my backpack as my home. Focused on enjoying the present moment, welcoming peacefully unexpected events, people, being more spontaneous, listening to my intuition and above all to no longer letting myself to feel overwhelmed by the pressure of my social environment!.

THE EXCITING PATH 

Nowadays, I live in Spain by the beach with a new important mission in life that is to help as many people as I can to fight for their dreams and believe in themselves to make it happen.

 

THE HOLISTIC BUSINESS COACH

I am a certified Personal/Life Coach, Executive Coach (EFIC Madrid), Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner (EFIC Madrid, Udemy), and Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner (Instituto Valenciano de Terapias Naturales).

I use my 10+ experience in Marketing as part of my coaching services to help you launch your business in the well-being industry.
